The conference registration fee includes:

Fees are accepted by cheque, euro cheque or sterling draft made payable to Central Manchester Foundation Trust, Charity no 9413, and sent to Trisha Bannister at address below. For euro cheques please add 10 euro to cover bank processing charges.
